PERSONAL TRAINING: Trainers will assess client's needs and motivate by setting goals, creating innovative workouts and providing feedback and accountability to our clients. Fitness assessments are performed to help measure physical fitness improvements and encourage exercise safety. SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING: Expect personal attention and share the expense of a private trainer when you join or form a group of 3 to 6 people. Training sessions are designed to benefit the whole group and can be from general total body conditioning to a specific program like TRX® Suspension Training or High-intensity interval training.
GROUP FITNESS - BOOTCAMP:This class utilizes challenging segments of cardiovascular work, muscle conditioning, and other athletic drills in station format to ensure a complete total body workout. Come prepared to work hard and be pushed to your highest potential!
SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING: Our Speed & Agility Program is specifically designed for each athlete with a common goal to enhance foot speed, agility, power and flexibility. Speed, Agility and Quickness Training is a system of progressive exercises and instruction aimed at developing fundamental motor ability to enhance the capability of athletes to be more skillful at faster speeds and with greater precision. It is important to remember that the improvement of running speed is a complex process which is controlled by the brain and nervous system. In order for an athlete to move more quickly, the leg muscles have to contract more quickly, but the brain and nervous system also have to learn to control these faster movements efficiently. If you maintain some form of speed training throughout the year, your muscle and nervous system will not lose the feel of moving fast and the brain will not have to re-learn those proper control patterns.
The Speed Training Program can be conducted as an individual session or in groups. Depending on your group size please speak with Charles Ray, Director of Speed & Agility for more information. This program is highly recommended to as a supplement to any sport.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRAINING: The S&C Training Program is a specifically designed program based on the wants and needs of your team. Specialized programs are typically designed for baseball, football, basketball, softball, and volleyball. These are just a few examples... we can design a program specifically for any number of other sports. Strength training sessions are designed to impose increasingly greater resistance, which in turn stimulates development of muscle strength to meet the added demand. Most strength and conditioning coaches develop exercise prescription plans that specifically modulate aerobic, resistance, and/or flexibility training to suit the metabolic and physical demands of the sport in question.

SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING: Our Sport Specific Training programs is exclusive to each individual athlete. Each specially designed program will focus on improving targeted skills, such as linear and lateral movement, vertical jump, change of direction and injury prevention.
